FORMULARY: FACIAL SKIN TONER
Place the following items from this formulation in your cart -Witch Hazel Distillate (8 fl oz), Glycerin (8 fl oz), DMDM Hydantoin(and)IBPG (1 oz), Aloe Vera ( 1 oz), Polysorbate 80 (4 fl oz) Distilled water needs to be purchased separately. You will also need to select fragrance and other actives separately.
This toner is used to remove traces of cleanser residue and also to remove excess perspiration and oil.
Application: Toner should be applied to face and neck with a cotton ball or pad in upward strokes. Follow with moisturizer for your skin type.

Instructions
- Combine ingredients of Part A with mixing until clear.
- Mix in a separate container Part B.
- Add Part B to Part A with mixing
